The first 10 minutes of every hour, the Eiffel Tower sparkles. During the evening hours, it's lit, but in those first 10 minutes all one million of the lightbulbs start flashing at different times giving the appearance of "sparkle". (can you imagine changing those lightbulbs!? whew!)

Yep, an attempted mugging happened while going to see the eiffel tower sparkle. Yeah Jonat!!! "Hey man, why you want to do that when Jesus loves you?"
I also remember you falling and ripping your pants while looking at the sparkling eiffel tower. I thought Manu was going to pee her pants just from laughing at you. Oh well, we needed a laugh after almost getting mugged!
When the Eiffel Tower sparkled that was one of the most awesome things to see. There were so many spectacular things to see in Paris and the surrounding areas. We had a fabulous time there!
